Program overview: The improvement of customer experience through the adoption of digital technologies & business models by an organization is known as digital transformation. While increasing efficiency, value or innovation are the main reasons for its deployment, a firm can gain a lot of other advantages by implementing digital technologies. With regard to all facets of an organization, from its business models to its customer experiences, digital transformation fundamentally adopts a consumer driven, digital first strategy. It makes use of a range of digital technologies to drive workflows, quicker & smarter decision making & real time reaction to disturbances. As a result of the drastic shift in client expectations, new business opportunities are created. The industry is currently undergoing a digital transformation driven by data, enhancing quality, flexibility, future proofing, efficiency & holistically improving overall agility & operations Program objectives: The objectives of the MDP are: 1. Understand typical current customer journeys using checklist of questions to help determine what customers are looking for & experiencing 2. Explore important technologies & steps needed to implement necessary technology to accomplish their goals. 3. Track right metrics to determine the effectiveness of implementing a digital customer service strategy.
