To achieve the desired results, we must stop distinguishing between ethical and unethical behavior and conclude it is the case that “end justifies the means”.
We can get caught up in thinking as a rabbit that is looking for a carrot that we don’t realize that human desires are endless and as soon as you have completed one, another comes up. The corporate world is filled with new challenges each day, making it difficult to stay sane when you are in stressful situations.
Although there’s no harm in establishing an objective and then achieving the same, if we focus solely on success or winning then we lose focus on the process. Since if we participate in any game or take any test, we are thinking that somehow I will succeed.
