Harder you Train, Luckier you get

We all grew up watching wonderful stories that teach us the morals and the value of hard work dedication and punctuality. There are many tales like the tale of the tortoise and the rabbit that teach us that talent may also be a hindrance without determination and a positive attitude.

However, as we get older as we get older, we lose track of the lessons that were ingrained in us so deeply into our minds, and our actions are determined by our environment or our society. In the process, or without knowing it we begin to shift our attention on achieving good grades at schools and being successful in every sport we take part in. We evaluate our achievements with awards or trophies. After graduation finding a good institution or college becomes our top priority, and we’d like to achieve that goal in any way. Once we have entered the college system, we realise that finding a job or a place to work is crucial to ensure that we are respected in the world, and so our goal is now to achieve the same. W also begin justifying the saying “By hook or by crook” and treat the accomplishment of goal an option only in the last instance. To achieve the desired results, we must stop distinguishing between ethical and unethical behavior and conclude it is the case that “end justifies the means”.

We can get caught up in thinking as a rabbit that is looking for a carrot that we don’t realize that human desires are endless and as soon as you have completed one, another comes up. The corporate world is filled with new challenges each day, making it difficult to stay sane when you are in stressful situations.

Although there’s no harm in establishing an objective and then achieving the same, if we focus solely on success or winning then we lose focus on the process. Since if we participate in any game or take any test, we are thinking that somehow I will succeed. Stress, anxiety and anxiety creep into the mind, and you or lose the contest, or aren’t happy regardless of the success.

It’s often too old when we realise that placing or grades are not the only goal, but learning was the main and consistent goal. Although it’s easy to find a job staying in the job or even gaining the advancement requires hard work that we have completely neglected during our time of studying. In this age of technology that everything is revealed within seconds, the failure to plan or relying on illegal methods is also a target.

To all young managers out there, I can tell you that it is a competitive and tough world However, your primary goal is to always improve yourself, you must put in the effort and dedication to the work.
